Perf board Wiggler build

Well, I finally got around to building the JTAG Wiggler emulator on a perf board. As with most perf boards, it looks ugly, but the joints are good (I’ve gotten better). Next step is to test it… Since my LPC2148 development board is still enroute for its replacement, I guess I’ll be testing this wiggler in my juicebox projects…
